Good knife, great customer service

I bought a number of these knives as gifts, they're a blast to play with and look great. What really blew me out of the water was the customer service, one of the knives I bought as a gift had a lock that wouldn't fully engage, and bestselfdefenseweapon sent me a brand new one at no extra charge with a separate order I placed. You don't see customer service like that in most places anymore, thanks again bestselfdefenseweapon!
